*Please allow for 5-7 days of transit time as all orders are shipped via ground shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from GTBicycles.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below.

Details

  • The bike or part must be in its original packaging to receive a 100% refund.
  •  If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order.
  • We do not accept returns on apparel.
  • Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue refund.

*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.

This bike will come partially assembled. We offer a free bike build program via GT Connect on every mountain or gravel bike purchased over $1000.

How does the bike arrive?

Our simple assembly process makes it possible to use your skills to assemble your GT at home. GT bikes will arrive 80% assembled. To get out riding, you will need to first install handlebars, seatpost, front wheel, brake rotor (if applicable) and a set of pedals. Click here to learn more about how your bike will arrive. Also, please reference the owner’s manual, included with the bike, to ensure your bike is assembled properly.

Are the wheels tubeless compatible?

Yes, the wheels are compatible with tubeless, but you will need sealant, valve stems, and tubeless tires to set it up tubeless.

What headset is used on the Stomper FS?

The Stomper FS has a Semi-Integrated, 1-1/8” - 1-1/2” head tube. It utilizes a ZS44/56 internal headset.

What is the max rotor size for the rear brake on the Stomper FS?

The max rotor size on the rear brake is a 203mm rotor. The native brake rotor size without an adapter is 180mm rotor.

What chain guide is compatible with the Stomper FS?

The Stomper FS is not compatible with a chain guide.

What derailleur hanger is used on the Stomper FS?

The derailleur hanger is a Sram Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH). (Sram Part # 00.7918.093.000)
