We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from GTBicycles.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below.

  • The bike or part must be in its original packaging to receive a 100% refund.
  •  If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order.
  • We do not accept returns on apparel.
  • Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue refund.

*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.

Zaskar LT’s longer wheelbase and slack headtube angle keeps it stable at high speed, making it more than capable of tackling any obstacle on any trail. It’s upright seattube angle keeps the rider over top of the cranks for improved climbing efficiency. Up or down, Zaskar LT is ready to rip.

Triple Triangle Design

Zaskar’s seatstays have been decoupled from the seat tube to give a ‘floating’ connection between seatpost and rear axle, making it 50% more vertically complaint than a traditional double diamond frame for additional comfort.

How does the bike arrive?

Our simple assembly process makes it possible to use your skills to assemble your GT at home. GT bikes will arrive 80% assembled. To get out riding, you will need to first install handlebars, seatpost, front wheel, brake rotor (if applicable) and a set of pedals. Click here to learn more about how your bike will arrive. Also, please reference the owner’s manual, included with the bike, to ensure your bike is assembled properly.

Are the wheels tubeless compatible?

Yes, the wheels are compatible with tubeless, but you will need sealant, valve stems, and tubeless tires to set it up tubeless.

What headset is used on the Zaskar LT?

The Zaskar LT has a Semi-Integrated, 1-1/8” - 1-1/2” head tube. It utilizes a IS42/52 internal headset.

What is the max rotor size for the rear brake on the Zaskar LT?

The max rotor size on the rear brake is a 180mm rotor. The native brake rotor size without an adapter is 160mm rotor.

What chain guide is compatible with the Zaskar LT?

The Zaskar LT is not compatible with a chain guide.

What derailleur hanger is used on the Zaskar LT?

The derailleur hanger is a TA ST SS 074. (Part #K33059)

What is the max tire width on the Zaskar LT?

The max tire width is a 2.4in wide tire.

Can I convert my Zaskar to 27.5" or MX wheels?

No, the Zaskar is only compatible with 29" wheels.
