Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from GTBicycles.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below.

Details

  • The bike or part must be in its original packaging to receive a 100% refund.
  •  If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order.
  • We do not accept returns on apparel.
  • Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue refund.

*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.

How does the bike arrive?

Our simple assembly process makes it possible to use your skills to assemble your GT at home. GT bikes will arrive 80% assembled. To get out riding, you will need to first install handlebars, seatpost, front wheel, brake rotor (if applicable) and a set of pedals. Click here to learn more about how your bike will arrive. Also, please reference the owner’s manual, included with the bike, to ensure your bike is assembled properly.

Is this bike eligible for GT Connect?

No, this bike is not eligible for GT Connect. Bikes purchased over $1000 from GTBicycles.com, can be assembled for free, by a local shop. Click here to learn more about GT Connect.

Is touchup paint available?

Unfortunately, touchup paint is not available at this time as our paint codes are unique to our painter.
